About the internship

What will you do?
1. Take ownership of the content creation process and manage social media channels.
2. Draw inspiration from trends/current events for content creation.
3. Replicate viral content or create themed content.
4. Storyboard concepts and shoot Instagram Reels.
5. Use apps like InShot, Filmora, Canva, Kinemaster for creating reels and posts.
6. Experiment with new formats, styles, and techniques.
7. Employ features like hashtags, tagging, and sharing for maximum reach.
8. Incorporate interactive elements like calls to action, polls, questions, or challenges.
9. Strategize effective distribution and promotion of content.
10. Collaborate with teams/colleagues to ensure timely content posting.
11. Monitor and analyze reel performance.
12. Proactively seek learning opportunities to stay updated with industry trends.

If you have a portfolio showcasing your experience in anchoring, hosting, presenting, or influencing, we would love to see your work and offer you the chance to represent our brand and serve as our host.

Requirements: -
1. Completed or pursuing a degree/diploma in creative fields such as Mass Communication, Filmmaking, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related disciplines.
2. A portfolio in content creation showcasing skills in video editing, graphic designing, and reel creation.
3. Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for content creation and social media management.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
5. Strong organizational skills.

Other requirements

Essential Skills: -

1. Content Creation: Demonstrated skills in creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

2. Video Editing: Experience in editing videos using tools like InShot, Canva, Kinemaster, etc., to produce high-quality content, including Instagram Reels and promotional videos.

3. Knowledge of pacing the video, making transitions, and adding effects.

4. Engagement: Building connections is key. So, you must know how to keep our audience coming back for more.

5. Social media savvy: Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, with the ability to stay updated on the latest digital developments.

6. Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts for content creation and community engagement.

7. Go-Getter Attitude: Proactive and persistent approach towards tasks, with a strong sense of ownership to achieve goals.

8. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and

stakeholders.
